Why do you think so much? Well that is our heritage as human beings. Do not get attached to your thinking patterns – they are just a sign of your brain’a activity. Act in healthy habits and you will get in control of your brain For example, management by walking around mindfully.

When I make people happy. When I have solved a technical or people problem.

Having flu.
